Share only what you can share

Create your own clip or obtain permission from the rights holder and from people shown. Take special care with children: do not post a minor in a sensitive, exploitative, humiliating, dangerous, or private situation.

Keep people safe

No sexual exploitation, graphic violence, credible threats, self-harm encouragement, hateful conduct, targeted harassment, private information, dangerous challenges, illegal activity, scams, or malware. Do not use a five-second cut to create a deliberately false or harmful impression.

Respect the train

No spam, repetitive uploads, stolen content, vote manipulation, report abuse, or attempts to evade account and upload limits. A No vote means a viewer does not think a clip should remain in the train. Use Report only for a possible rule or rights violation.

Moderation

We can reject, temporarily hide, remove, restore, preserve, or escalate content and restrict accounts. One anonymous report never causes automatic permanent deletion. No upload is guaranteed publication.
